How long will it take before I receive my shipment?
Normal orders are ship within 48 hours and custom mixes within 96 hours.
How can I identify the different leather types?
See Leather Identification in our help manual.
How often should I clean my leather?
You should clean and protect your leather every 6 months for heavy usage you should clean every 3 months.
Can I expect a perfect color match ?
We match color to manufactor specification. Color will fade over time and to sunlight. You may have a slight shade difference. See help Manual for way to blend in color.
Can I change the color of car seats?
Yes,You can change the color of the seats as well as the vinyl trims. The most important factor in coloring a large area is the sprayer you use. See Help Manual for different spray methods.
How long does a repair take?
It depends on the size and location, the average repair will take approximate 1 hours. About half of the time is waiting for products to dry.

How long will a repair last?
The repair should last as long as the orginal item.
