• No Refund on open kits or containers or partial use product.
• Orders returned after 30 days will be charged a 15% restocking fee. After 90 days, we will not accept return merchandise.
• For special, custom mixes or color match orders, returns are not allowed.

For exchange of merchandise we will charge shipping on the return order.

How to Submit a Return Request

Sign in with your user account and password. Under the "Your Account" menu item is a history list of each order you have placed with us. Find the order for the item(s) you wish to return. Click the "Order Details" button. On the screen that appears, check the checkboxes preceding each line item you wish to return and then press the "Return Items" button. Fill out the return request form that appears and press the "Submit" button.
