We seek to keep inventory current and stocked. This enables us to ship most orders the day they are ordered M-F, provided we receive the order by 9:00 am for Priority Mail and 2 pm Eastern time for UPS . UPS is our standard shipper and such orders are associated with a tracking number. You can track your order with the "My Account" order history screen or via the email that is sent when your order is packed. In the event that we are out of stock on an item in your order, your card is not charged until the item is restocked and your order is ready to ship.
International orders are shipped by UPS only.
Expedited shipping includes most customs and taxes.Standard UPS shipping to Canada does not include custom fees and taxes. Please consult your broker concern addition fees and taxes.
To calculate the day your order should arrive, start with the first BUSINESS day following the placement of your order as day 1. Treat Saturday and Sunday orders as if they were placed on Monday, since UPS does not currently pickup on the weekend.
